Boosts purchased on Decide are used to support proposals in games. Boost purchases are final and non-refundable. Creators receive payouts based on the boosts accumulated in their games, subject to minimum thresholds and applicable fees.

4. Content

You are responsible for all content you submit on Decide. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design are owned by Decide. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant Decide a license to display it on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Decide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
